I am a contemporary multi stylistic composer and soundscape recordist. When recording outdoors, I am particularly fascinated by birdsongs and naturesoundscapes which often inspire my compositions.

Irish borsht at Cafe la Ligne verte, Montreal
Come spend a happy hour with my band Irsh Borsht, bringing you some very colourful Irish and other celtic traditional music . You will have joyrides of Reels, Jigs, Horn-pipes and slip-jigs, and immersive meditation with soulful ballads. Line-up includes Ralph Hutton-Thompson on fiddle, Susan Palmer on celtic harp, Doug Newman on percussion, and me, Vytautas Bucionis Jr., on accordeon. The show is from 5 PM to 7 PM, but the evening keeps going. Hope to see you there, sharing our soundworld and at some point perhaps having a pint with you.:)

Balkan Kafana could be your go-to band for a tavern vibe of the kind you would have in South Serbia, Macedonia and Bulgaria. Lots of traditional music, dance and drinking, made possible for you by La Petite Marche. The experience starts officially at 21:30.
